Emory University Senior Day Posters 2021-2022

During my senior year at Emory University in 2021-2022, I volunteered for Emory's athletics department to design senior day posters for every sports team. Before this project, I had very little graphic design experience or knowledge. I've drawn a couple of pieces for my tennis team here and there for fun. However, I was passionate about giving back to the program that had given me immense opportunities during my college career. Thus, I combined my passion for drawing and athletics together to create the idea for this project. I'm grateful that Emory athletics provided me with the space to be creative and have free range over each design. From every draft and print, I learned from countless mistakes, fine-tuned my style, and grew as an artist. After a year of working on this project, I'm glad I took the risk of speaking to my coach about the possibility of doing something like this because she sent one email that changed the course of my future. I view this project as a launching pad for my graphic design career, and I hope to continue following my passions and learning as I go.
