I've played tennis since I was 8 years old. It all started when I saw my big brother pick up a racquet. At that age, I wanted to do whatever my older brother did because I thought he was the coolest person in the world. He started karate; I did karate. He played tennis; I played tennis. However, I quickly began taking tennis more seriously because the challenge of it thrilled me. During the 14 years of playing competitively, tennis has taught me so many life lessons and certainly has shaped me into the person that I am today. It'll always be part of me, but now that I've graduated, the sport is taking a different shape in my life as you can see here.
